Redmi Note 7 Specification: After a huge success in Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 series phones, company turns their head toward Indian mid-range market. In September, the phone was succeeded by the new Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro. It was an incremental update in terms of specifications. So it is obvious to expect a similar phone with some more specification increments. Meanwhile, Xiaomi made Redmi as an independent brand.

Redmi Note 7 Body and design
The traditional Redmi Note series design is gone. It comes with a whole new design concept similar to Honor 8X.
Redmi Note 7 has a glossy gradient finish on the back and metal aluminum body with 2.5D curved glass. It may force user not to use the back cover.
It might little bit heavy as it weighs of 186g but the dimensions 159.2×75.2×8.1mm fits solid in your palm with.
The punch hole design is on trend but Redmi doesn’t forget to notch display design. A water-drop notch on the top with a large 6.3-inch display. This is the first phone of Redmi Note series that comes with water-drop style notch on front.

The unique selling purpose of the phone is a 48-megapixel rare camera. One camera has 48MP primary sensor of aperture f/1.8 and another one is a 5MP secondary sensor of aperture f/2.4 for depth capturing.
The 48Mp has the Samsung ISOCELL GM1 sensor which can capture poster-level HD photos.
The camera software houses many features like AI-portrait mode, night mode, ESI, Quad Bayer filter, AI-bokeh mode, PDAF, HDR, recording video @1080p, dual LED flash support and many more. In low light, the phone uses 4-in-1 pixel binning technique to simulate 1.6μm pixels and take awesome photos with an effective resolution of 12MP.
Inside the notch cut out, there is a 13MP selfie shooter with a larger pixel of 1.6 Micron. It also provides AI smart beauty, AI face unlock, AI single shot blur, front HDR, background blur and more.

You can expand your storage up to 256GB through the dedicated Micro SD card slot. So internal memory will not an issue in this phone.

Remi Note 7 is already available in the Chinese market but there is no official confirmation for India release. The price mentioned above is also for China.
